Order Information
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and check out. All listed products are in stock and available to ship.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to you automatically after your purchase is complete. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through Shopify's standard checkout.
Is my payment info secure?
All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout using industry-standard SSL encryption.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Cutting boards are processed and handed off to USPS within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. Delivery typically takes an additional 5 to 7 business days. Merch items are fulfilled through print-on-demand partners and generally ship within 2 to 5 business days after production. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
What does shipping cost?
Cutting board shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Merch items ship at a flat rate of $9.00 for Printful products (shirts and hats). Tapstitch items (crewnecks and hoodies) are calculated by weight at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship within the United States only.
How is my order packaged?
Cutting boards are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Merch items are packaged and shipped directly by our fulfillment partners.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns in the event that your cutting board arrives damaged due to shipping. If that happens, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind or ordering the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
For merch items, please contact us if your order arrives damaged or incorrect and we will resolve it.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, allow an additional day or two as carriers sometimes scan packages early. If it still has not arrived, contact us at hello@hypewood.co.

What wood species do you offer?
Our cutting boards are currently available in walnut, cherry, and white oak.
How do I care for my cutting board?
Hand wash only with warm soapy water. Do not put it in the dishwasher or leave it submerged in water.
Dry immediately after washing and store in a dry location.
Apply food grade mineral oil regularly. Rub it in, let it absorb for a few minutes, then wipe off the excess. Re-oil when the wood begins to look dry or dull.
Follow up with a food grade beeswax oil blend to seal and protect the surface. Each board ships already finished with this product.
Keep the board away from direct sunlight and areas with significant temperature or humidity changes.
Are your cutting boards food safe?
Yes. Every board is finished with food grade mineral oil and a food grade beeswax oil blend before it ships.
