We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only in the event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following:
The damage must be the result of shipping. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Photos of the damage are required to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Cutting boards or merch that arrive in good condition. Items outside the 30 day return window. Any item that has been used or altered after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a replacement will be issued. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Return Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@hypewood.co with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond with next steps.
