Here's the honest answer on timing: this piece doesn't sit in a warehouse waiting for you. It's made when you order it—and that's actually a good thing.
Your order goes to Printful, our print and fulfillment partner, where it enters their production queue alongside thousands of other on-demand orders. From there, it gets printed or embroidered, quality checked, packed, and handed off to a carrier. That whole process typically takes 2–5 business days before your tracking number shows up, and that's before shipping transit time is added.
Once it ships, standard domestic delivery is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
Why does it take that long?
On-demand fulfillment prioritizes quality over speed. Your item is made one at a time, by hand, with care — not pulled off a shelf. There's no mass overproduction sitting in storage. The tradeoff is a slightly longer wait, and the payoff is a garment that's made right.
A couple things to keep in mind:
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they've entered production.
- Shipping times are estimates and can vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
