Here's the honest answer on timing: this piece doesn't sit in a warehouse waiting for you. It's made when you order it—and that's actually a good thing.
Your order goes to Tapstitch, our premium print and fulfillment partner for heavier fleece garments, where it enters their production queue. From there, it gets printed, quality checked, packed, and handed off to a carrier. That whole process typically takes 2–7 business days before your tracking number shows up—fleece and heavyweight sweatshirts require a bit more production time than lighter garments, and Tapstitch takes the time to do it right.
Once it ships, standard domestic delivery is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
Why does it take that long?
On-demand fulfillment prioritizes quality over speed. Heavier garments like hoodies and crewnecks require more precise printing and curing to ensure the graphic holds up through years of wear. Your item is made one at a time—not pulled off a shelf. The tradeoff is a slightly longer wait, and the payoff is a piece worth keeping.
A couple things to keep in mind:
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they've entered production.
- Shipping times are estimates and can vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
